Do you really believe that this is a good move for both companies. The SSOL shareholders took fairly a haircut by having surrendered the cash /or stock option. Likewise, DTLN an illiquid and non-internet entity, seems take a hit when the newly issued stock is sold in the market. DTLN has little cash to pay out the SSOL shareholders o the might prefer to issue stock. But there are other guys on SI who follow DTLN closely and have taken a short position.... And see, also DBCC off again. No deal just round the corner. C.
