Timothy, my guess is that folks are a bit concerned about the delay in issuing the financial statements. Remember that the SEC is questioning all those R&D write-offs. Shouldn't be a big deal, but my guess is that it's weighing on the market right now.

PSFT got the same inquiry from the SEC.
