Boy, that's a great reason... How about the fact that EarthWeb is one of the very few pure content providers right now. Compaq has not made an acquisition in this area, and that is what they would need to combine with their search and e-commerce functions to round out their internet foray. Even if Compaq doesn't take EWBX, by them taking any content provider, EWBX should get a bump. I am no expert, but I believe there are only about 4 or 5 pure content providers right now... FWIW, I have not bought this--yet. G
