As Warren Buffet always says, "Don't buy a stock unless you would be delighted to buy more when you see it go down from where you bought it." That's the bottom line folks. If you don't like the dips and the opportunity to buy more at a lower price, the best medicine for you is to sell at a loss and move on to something else.
