I'm not a TA expert but use it to trade in CSCO options. On Jan 20, CSCO was flirting intraday at $110 at the open. Actually, $110 was the high trade within the first 5-10 minutes. So, my guess is there is enough overhead resistance at the level. I use IQChart to watch it in real-time on 1-and-5 minute intervals to time the option buying and selling. So, I guess part of the answer is sellers who bought around $109-$110 are anxious to get out of it because they're nervous it won't go higher?
