Archer,

this might seem like a dumb question, but here goes.

Since SRCM needs to sell each day at or above 20, couldn't they just have someone enter a bogus order and offer to buy shares at let's say 20 1/4 or whatever, as long as it was above 20? My understanding is that the stock simply needs to trade above 20, not close above.

x

Greetings from south beach;
<<He is appalled that I would think SRCM paid the slightest attention to the warrant issue and would ever consider trying to get the stock price up.>>

I repeat. SRCM doesn't give a rats ass about converting these warrents. The IT Network revenues coupled with substantial new deals to be signed will more than take care of there cash needs. Just another bs story for the shorts to hype as the stock goes up.Pay attention archer and don't qoute me incorrectly. Stop trying to mold the facts to fit your position. You blew it here. Go play elsewhere.

A special thanx to the shorts today. I will be thinking about you all this weekend as I sit on the beach and then go to the game on Sunday. I couldn't have done it without you.
