to gary and james, ok that takes care of cienna, now lets do rmbs! seriously, i had no idea cien had that presence in europe. that puts siemons in the bidding too. i had "square D " when siemons took them over. the price on cien almost demands a take over. we'll see. pten is in range james . take aim and pull the trigger. rocky
