Major General Resources Ltd MGJ Shares issued 36,965,680 1999-01-28 close $0.26 Friday Jan 29 1999 The VSE has accepted for filing a geological and geophysical report dated Dec. 14, 1998, authored by J.L. LeBel, P.Eng., for the purpose of the issuance of a total of 70,000 shares of the company payable to Milton Stewart, Christopher Stewart and Delbert Johnson pursuant to an agreement dated Aug. 15, 1996. The issuance pertains to the nine mineral claims in the County of Gloucester, New Brunswick. This issuance represents the fourth and fifth tranches (a total of 50,000 shares remains to be issued) in accordance with the agreement.
