All of these are basically SNET orders with 10-second minimums. Once you put in an order, you're stuck with it for at least 10 seconds before you can change it.

In case anyone didn't know, 10 seconds is the minimum amount of time that any SNET order can exist. If you try to cancel the order before then, Nasdaq will not accept the cancel. This is true regardless of which broker you use.

Also, you might notice that ISLD does not have any cancel time restrictions. On ISLD you can submit an order and immediately cancel it.
