Well guess what

I haven't lost my pants on NOVL. I erased all of my losses in 98. In fact I'm ahead six figures.

That doesn't mean I disagree with you in any respect with regard to getting out of NOVL in 97 and investing in other stocks or the predominance of MSFT.

Eric Stro was completely right about this. Joe Antol was right about this. you can invest in other companies for the long term and get an equivalent return with much more security and less risk.

The current group of people have gotten in at 8 to 12 and can't figure out whether to sell or hang on to their substantial gains.

This is a risky stock. Just today somebody on CNBC called it a crap shoot.

But the company does still have potential to hit a home run. Schmidt is a very able and connected CEO. The team is better than it was before and now they have the potential product. And guess who is a part of that team --- Scott Lemon.

Small world after all.

Incidentally I have never had any personal communications with Scott or anyone else involved in Digital Me. Nor did I know anything about the product before its public demonstration. It was as much a secret to me as everyone else here. But I know a hot product when I see one.
