I don't think it is for sale, but TD - Toronto Dominion Bank is planning to spin off or do a IPO of Waterhouse Securities. exchange2000.com

You are quoting what you consider to be the factual case, however

these internet babies arent trading on facts. They are trading on

perception. By your own statement you are giving a view of your

perception. Perceptions change rapidly, what will the mass of

new Etrade stock holders who have huge paper profits do when these

announcements come forth? Regardless of the final playout, the

immediate impact will be negative to a great degree and that feeds

on itself. For a stock to maintain the flyer status everything must

be perfect to keep the perception. Changing of the game creates

first concern, then doubt, then fear and finally panic. Then the

house rules take over for the final cleansing. I have witnessed this

many times before in casionoland stocks, the bio stocks etc. Egrp

may get another spurt to finish off, but with all the new stock

hitting the marketplace Monday , I venture to say it will top rather

fast, just as AMAZON has lost one half of its value and all of its

steam. It is a time for caution and I will at least sell deep in the

money calls if it looks toppy on big volume closing down for the day.
