But you have to make sure not to overcook them! Nothing more delicious than lightly steamed bruss. sprts. drizzled with butter. M2, long on brussels sprouts.

Just kidding about the "dangerous" part - they do need to be cooked carefully though or they can be bitter. Most people boil the p*ss out of them - steaming is the way to go.
