Comprehensive Care not granted
contract

TAMPA, Fla., Jan 29 (Reuters) - Comprehensive Care Corp. said
Friday that it was not granted a managed care contract to provide medical service to
Argentina's senior citizens.

The company said earlier this month that it was bidding for the $1 billion contract, which
could have meant $250 million revenues to Comprehensive Care.

However, Comprehensive Care is evaluating an opportunity to submit a bid to provide
specific behavioral healthcare services to Argentina's senior citizen population.

Comprehensive Care's stock fell 1-5/16 to 3-1/16.
