Good luck getting the industry to agree on a definition of "TV quality" video over the net!

I think that you are going to get definitions all over the map from the industry - depending on what suits the speaker.

So, that's why I suggest using your common sense: what does "TV quality" mean to you?

I've laid out the technical parameters. Beyond that, you have to look at it yourself and judge if it is really "TV quality".
