VSI Enterprises regains listing compliance
NORCROSS, Ga., Feb 4 - VSI Enterprises Inc. said on Thursday that the Nasdaq-Amex Market Group informed the company that it has met all the requirements for continued listing of its stock on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market.

On January 12, 1999, a Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel granted VSI's request for additional time to regain compliance with the Nasdaq minimum closing bid price requirement of $1.00 per share.

Three days later, the closing bid price of VSI common stock exceeded $1.00 per share, and has continued to do for each subsequent trading day. This led to the company meeting the listing standard.

VSI's stock symbol has temporarily been trading with the symbol VSIND since Friday, January 15, 1999. The company's shares will revert to trading under the symbol VSIN.

VSI Enterprises, Inc. designs, manufactures, markets and supports a full range of videoconferencing products, along with telecommunications software and services.
