3 minutes is not bad. I had market order waiting for 13 minutes and I lost a lot of gain on my position. At the time I placed the order price was at $7.5 and when they finally executed it was at $6 13/16 and the stock was moving orderly ( unfortunately down). Funny part is they charged me a commission, I had to wait on the CS line to talk to some one to get credit. What is going on they used to charge you nothing automatically if the execution took longer than 1 minute. There is nothing about calling customer service to get the credit. Over all the execution are quick and confirmation are quick but instances like this take a lot of the plusses out.
