After reading today's SI comments about serial numbers, not particularly. I suppose some judge could take issue with a sw fix which imposes action by the user. However, I recently read the security sw fix will be resident in the Win Start folder (i.e. automatically launch as "default-off" if the OEM wishes this)

I'm not sure, here's what I heard...
Msft provided a feature, where the product's default was to place "junk email" into the "junk folder." However, Hallmark said this was a creature, not a feature. I wasn't able cross check accuracy on this news, but this is what an abbreviated Newsfeed synopsis said about the longer version of this PR.
