I think the biggest appeal going here is it's(HRBC) close to its 52 wk low. I almost picked some up a few minutes ago, but passed.

I might be picky, but I want them under $5. Did a bunch of buying this a.m. Bought some OMKT(thanks TLindt), got some PROG, INTF and CYSP, though the last is already traded off for a quick 15%.
