BB, excellent point about pension funding. Corporate profits have also benefited from extraordinary market gains reducing the amount of cash flow required to fund pension liabilities. Mike

BB: Agree. No wonder the insiders are wheeling their dump trucks into the broker's offices. While this thing could still go on for a bit yet, (another coupon pass by Sir Allan yesterday), we cannot complain that there were no warnings. Insider selling, to name one, has been a river of paper. Don't blame them for selling,....but hope they fry in Hades for their stock-buyback/put options/employee options scam. Hard not to see the actions of the involved execs as disgusting. Best, Earlie
