Actually Mo, I may owe you a beer because of your hard work here...from which we all benefit greatly..but I am certain (99%) that Dell was ranked #2 in WORLDWIDE shipments in Q3....and in the U.S., remember, there was the controversy that Dell may be tied with Compaq (for #1) in units for Q3 in the United States (when Dell actually "caught" Compaq due to Compaq "unstuffing the channel" and "underselling" (let's not go into that!) in the quarter....Remember, CPQ getting huffy and questioning Dataquest/IDC's methods? I'll try to go back and find those old posts...Maybe Kelley knows what's up here...
