Is there some sort of merger in the works between GTCC and ADGI?

This is the word on Raging Bull.

Sorry I don't know more, but have only been able to read the last 50 or so posts and check Raging Bull for second opinion.

Am very curious as was not able to buy before the big move last year and accumulation today certainly suggests something is underway.
