Don, it looks like a reasonable play to me. I'd do it, but I already own as much as I care to. The way I see it, the big caps lead, and the smaller caps bring up the rear. I thought the big caps were due to yield the leadership to the smaller caps for the next month or so, but I was wrong. The big caps led again today, leaving me in the wrong place.
