Hi Thread, I returned to work after the annual meeting.
Only have a few minutes right now; some quick points
about the meeting:

1) projected DRAM market share of rambus:
1% in 98, 10% in 99, 40% in 00, 50% in 01.

2) DDR, SDRAM have performance that's below 50% of RDRAM.
Even at that, DDR's purported speed is for samples only, not
in real systems. Tate said "Last year, some companies signed
up with DDR because they were not sure about Rambus'
availability. We hope that they will switch to Rambus in their next
generation product."

3) Tate's demeanor is relaxed, confident, and sincere.

Bottomline: We can relax too, and continue to accumulate Rambus shares.
