You are assuming that technology will not keep changing...ATHM and cable access in general is just starting out... Give it a year or two. It will get much easier to configure and cable modems will become common place..Instead of bashing a stock because of an obvious bias, why not invest in both...

Like I said before, I have nothing against ATHM. They are a market leader in their respective market. The problem I have is when people make blanket statments that ATHM will push AOL to OBLIVION.

Also, you'll notice in my previous post that I'm addressing the fact that technology will develop and change. It was MR. OBLIVION that assumes that cable is the broadband nirvana. I'm saying other technologies will be developed to compete on the same bandwith scale. I'm neither long or short ATHM -- that's not to say I haven't looked into buying a few shares :)
