Ten percent of my monthly pay (and that of my wife) go to purchase CBS stock (at a discount) under the WX company plan. That will end next month when the spin off occurs to MK. I expect former WX employees will be offered the same option when MK takes over. That will add a lot of support for MK stock which has been languishing around $10 lately. With the new federal authorization of WX to sell nuclear components to CHINA MK looks like it has upside potential. MK has had a problem with poor productivity per employee (i.e. poor management) compared to their competitors. Maybe getting some new management blood into the company from WX will help improve that situation.
