when Howard Kalt was running IOM's "press release" dept. several years ago it was IOM's policy to never sell the stock through press releases ("let the numbers speak for themselves"). that former culture at IOM is apparently changing.

longer term meaning is that IOM would be willing to release sales data on the clik! drive (if positive) prior to earnings time. this company needs to wax their sled.

Ken, do you really think anybody thought any different? Why do you think that it showed up on a site with a name like "Yahoo!" ? Don't tell me that you haven't seen PR like that from *every* company you can think of. (At least the ones who can scare up some good news)
