Significantly, but no one knew how well DELL would penetrate the Data Storage market. IDC reported that DELL generated $946 million in Data Storage in 1998, the bulk coming in the 4th quarter. The impact of this new business category on DELL's earnings could range between $0.03 and $0.07 per share.

jhg, The consensus analyst estimate for Q4'99 (current Quarter) is $.31/sh according to First Call. Dell posts these estimates in the Investor Relations area on their website.
