If I put 25 in both fields, Datek will buy immediate. How can I activate the order by danger lets say at 25 to cover instead running into problems?

I really would not recommend a stop limit, especially not now, in DBC
Today it was bid up to 23 7/8 and, as the ask has risen too, in the morning, so if you had a stop market at 22 1/2 or more (the highest ask) you would have been bought in at 23+ at some 9:28AM (premarket). That's very easy to bid it up until the

If and if ever, then put a stop for the half of the position, never the full, and another half imit buy, say at 18 - 18.5 or so.

The stop market requires one price , the limit activation.
The stop-buy requires the limit activation and the limit price which can also be lower than the limit activation price. In order to tell Datek NOT to buy immediately, select Stop Limit instead of "Limit" in the B/S drop box. It works on Naz' stocks.
