Its a good deal!

1) There are no strings attached. They can drill Lac Rocher, if that doesn't pan out, they can drill Rainy River and/or acquire something new. $10MM will last at least 2 years, unless it all gets spent sooner proving-up a 100 mega-tonne nickel deposit!

2) NWI still has 100% of the deposit, and can do the big deal with a major after a few more good holes.

3) The special warrant holders can't freely trade the stock for 120 days (unless they do an offsetting short of our shares!) so they must wait for 4 months of drill results before they can take a profit or bail-out.

Note that the issue closes between Feb 11 and 18. I guess we shouldn't expect big news before then, since this could either screw up the extra $5MM or give an unfair free option to First Marathon, depending on the direction of the news.

Bill.
