Hi Veteran,

You don't know me, I'm new to SI, but I've noticed your interest in CES and wanted to make a couple of points about it.

If CES is going to break-out, then it must expand the size of its market. Canada alone will not make it. I've noticed from the thread here, and at Mini Cap Analyst, that discussions are underway to extend its license to the US at least, and possibly the world. A successful outcome would add REAL value to CES, and I think it's pivotal to seeing $4 plus.

But what intrigues me most about CES is it's holding in BioProgress Technology International (OTC BB "BPRG"). This stock has no promotion and is buried deep! But take a look at its website www.bioprogress.com and you have to ask yourself why it's sitting at $0.34. If what they say is true, and it seems to be because comapnies such as United Biscuits simply don't do deals with scams, then this has to be the most undervalued stock in the market.

I'd appreciate any thoughts you have about CES's expansion plans and BPRG in general.

Best wishes
