Modius Question.

Does anyone know how the financials work out for an outfit like Mobius. I assume they are contracted by Northeast Utilities to install their EBPP software. (Northeast pays Mobius).

Case 1. Northeast gets their web site up, people log on and pay bills. Mobius software passes the transactions off to CheckFree and the backend payment is done.
Does Mobius get a piece of every transaction?
I assume CheckFree gets a fee for each transaction from Northeast?
Does the customers or billers (Northeast's bank) make any money on these transactions?

Case 2. Northeast bills are hosted at Yahoo!, for example. Customers logon to Yahoo! and pay their bills.
Does Mobius get a piece of each transaction?
Yahoo?
Any Banks?

Case 3. Northeast bills are hosted at customers bank (somehow distributed by CheckFree).
Who gets paid for each transaction now?

Thanks for any info.
