Late last week, the underwriter had raised the expected price range from $11 to $12. The Dallas-based company's offering of 5.5 million shares is expected to price late Monday. Perot Systems, which competes with firms such as Andersen Consulting and EDS Corp.(NYSE:EDS - news), has been around for a while and has already created a history for itself, unlike some of the relatively new Internet IPOs that have hit the market, analysts said.
