I compared Flasnet to two other ISP's that are public, one smaller and one larger. Internet America - GEEK has 50,000 customer's and a mkt cap of 183.1 mil. MindSpring - MSPG has 693,000 customer's and a mkt cap of 3070 mil. Flashnet has 170,000 customer's and should have a mkt cap of aprox 622.5 mil to 753.1 mil. PWCC owns 11% of Flashnet, so their share should be 68.4 mil to 82.8 mil. PWCC has only 3.25 mil shares outstanding. This means for each share of PWCC you would have $21.04 to $25.47 worth of Flashnet. Plus PWCC book value is $6.65 and they have $1.52 of cash. I dont know the value of their other holdings, but it looks like this stock is a easy double from the current price of 10 1/4.
