Yiwu Zhang, Yes I'll reiterate they have a very small number of brokers I asked someone in the Wash DC office several months ago and they had only 5 or 6 brokers there, and maybe 100 - 175 country wide So it takes time, and I mean time to get them when the market is having a big move up or down, particularly in the first 2 hours of the day or the last 90 minutes if the mkt is fast and activity heavy. There web service is pretty good in terms of it being available. But, they go down as well. Mkt orders usually get you a quick confirmation, even options orders at mkt usually come back in a minute or 2. John
