I agree with your thoughts on insider sales.

All the individuals that received shares of TRBD for the acquisition of Pacific Baja by Turbodyne, would be doing "tax planning". The only other individual on this list is Mr. R. Taylor (who is a buyer - according to the report), and he is on the Board of Directors of Turbodyne. He was not an original shareholder of Pacific Baja, as I recall.
