Maggie, Give up on Jim. I added to my position to get closer to 400,000. I placed another order at 3:55 at .055 and they moved the ask to .057 so I did not get my last order filled. MDIN is very strong. Once they get past .25, NPEC will get another boost even if it had no news. Like you, I am fairly confident we will see the news. By the way Jim, 100M shares is nothing for a penny stock. I am willing to give the company a chance to tell us where and why they made that last issuing. Good luck to us all. Ken
