I have a sense that the last downturn in last Oct won't be the worst one for a long time. I think it could happen this year, possibly during the second half. There will be a Y2K corporate IT spending freeze that time. There are a lot of uncertainties in the gloable economy. I expect China to devalue its currency then. Couple with the worsen economy in Brazil, it will throw the financial market in total panic. Remember China is a big trade partner with USA and with one of the highest trade surplus against USA. If China devalues, it will have a bigger impact than Brazil. Stay tune.
