Geo, We have been over this standard fire assay business too many times already. There are minor variations on the standard fire assay. The assayer looks at the ore to determine its character and adds fluxes, inquarts etc. All of this is prescribed in various manuals. When it is all said and done, the assayer still puts it in the oven and melts everything. No mater, even with the variations it is still referred to as a standard fire assay. Tim
