Five confirmation assays have been received from three different laboratories with average results for gold content at 0.535 ounces per ton. The range of results were from a low of 0.002 OPT to 1.381 OPT. The drilling program initiated to determine the extent of the mineralization was completed on December 1, 1998. Samples were taken every five feet in holes ranging from 100 feet to 1000 feet. The Geological Report is in preparation and will identify the areas most indicative for assay and further testing. MG Quarries is now producing revenue with a positive cash flow anticipated for the first quarter of 1999. The recent drill program also produced results indicating a larger deposit of marble than originally calculated. JOHNSON, LETT NEGOTIATION UP-DATE The company's negotiation with Johnson, Lett & Company, ("J/L") is proceeding. Utilizing J/L technology: 350 samples from the Sinagua Cinder Cone and from the Sticklizard property are being assayed; a seventy (70) pound bench test for precious metals is nearly completed and a five hundred (500) pound precious metals recovery test is scheduled to be completed by the end of December. Samples taken from the Sticklizard Property are being processed using strict Chain-of-Custody procedures. MG has been successful in raising adequate capital for the quarry drilling program and for pursuing the J/L technology with "due diligence". A substantial portion of the capital was raised from investors affiliated with Johnson, Lett & Company, L.L.C. ..>> ChucaTHEgrinWASaJOKE.
