Zeev, C'mon.... >>When FA and TA do not "jive", believe the TA. For some time now we had deterioration of the technical picture, even as the stock made a new high to 110 or so, the TA was deteriorating << News always trumps TA, we got a downgrade on "valuation" and 2 to 3 quarter's "no better than flat" earnings warning from the company. On WS that's an eternity. A lot of us expected the drop to the mid 70's the day of the warning. When that didn't happen, for a while it looked like stock was going to sit in the 80's. When buyers didn't come in, I think a lot of holders decided 2 -3 quarters is just too long to wait it out and began selling. Don't see any big mystery here. The only mystery so far is how low will she go before investors begin to bite. bp
