The posts on Yahoo for the most part IMO are useless. The strenghts of the company. Its management strong ational tv background and reputation inindustry. High degree of professionalism in final product. Affiliations DNET/ PRNews. Coming of age of broadband access. This company imo has more going for it the Broadcast, com and will once the warrants are called the partner announced garner street attention analysts and move to the market cap of a company with the upside of a public relations newsmedia internet company for consumer investor not to mention companies who can get their message filmed digitally, broadcast live, and/ or stored at a fraction of the cost of the competition. PRNews is the leading newsservice for the web and the added availability of tv quality production real time streaming and storage for retrieval from the companys website make this one a gimmie. My "rumor" is that PRNews will infuse capital and get in return an equity stake. Given the volume over the last month and corresponding run from 2.5 to 15 is just a hint of the power building under the lava dome.

Norden

dcrice,

I agree with you on being puzzled about the lack of interest in VDAT? Not only has it made outstanding gains, all indications are that it is going to continue to do so. I've seen boards overflowing on stocks that were nothing but fluff and zoomed up only to fall back to very low levels, yet , people continue to frequent the boards with non-news and hype. Go figure. They will find it eventually I'm sure. As to the buy-in from UNEWY (or another party) I have no doubt some filing will have to be done. If the company is going to issue more shares in order to effect the deal than a vote would be in order. So far I'm yet to get any specifics other than a buy-in looks very good.
