Actually, I am pessimistic. I worry that XOMA, in spite of this recent financing, will rise in price and that even if you do then sell most of your holdings you will keep a few shares and continue to be and act like a shareholder, and more importantly never reveal what opalapril, means.

It is perhaps possible that there is a limit to the number of shares that can be issued and in this case would not be toxic financing, if the limit is reasonable.
