*OT** My account is with JPR Capital. Cheap commissions ($10), but you get what you pay for. The support is not nearly as good as MBT, and there's no realtime updating of account equity (just day trading positions). Check out the MBT thread, there's a few people here that use MBT and they seem like the best overall for customer satisfaction ..

Lightfoot,

I believe that you must have the proper tools to daytrade and L2 is a must. Don't give the MMs any more advantage then they already have. Get a broker with good execution and the extra cost will pay for itself.

I use CyberTrader and the decision making tools are excellent. There are other L2 brokers that are worth checking. None of them are perfect including cybertrader. If you are interested try www.cybercorp.com and judge for yourself.
