Vaughn thanks for relaying that. I can't speak for Freddy of course but as far as Iam concerned I don't have another 10 years to spare. I don't know who L.G. is, nor do I have any other way of contacting him but if you are inclined to Email him please set his mind at rest because I won't be screwing up their market for months ------ I'm totally out of Lytton and Indigo.

I didn't like the method of the take over, I'm not interested in Miller's supposed reputation in SAf, and with Ned Goodman and probably Tim Hoare in the background, I can only say to them Thanks but no thanks.I/m just a little guy in the scheme of things but I'm a fussy little guy.

BTW Miller himself was posting to the web and had the chance to answer my concerns but shose not to. He selectively offereed to talk to Mickey Mouse who wouldn't spring for a toll call. Sorry to put you in the middle Vaughn, but blame them not me. The Lytton office knows where to find me if they want to.

Thanks and best regards.

Trev

Vaughn, thank you for your comments.I feel the situation is far more complex than H. Millers reputation. I think there is something in the the order of 50 million shares which will overhang this market until a home is found. At the right price Dundee looks like a good candidate.I would suggest the company's assets are good and I believe the analysts and NL writers will climb all over the relative value.
Post merger = 172 million shs FD @ $0.15 = $25.8 million
