I think thy're using USAT for their service,
it answers as "Eagle Teleconferencing Center,
accepts the PIN and then . . . nothing.

Portnoy said the SEC only wanted to verify the # of calls they could handle on the grid and proved that they had $8,000,000 in the bank.
Otrher than that it was pretty much of a circle jerk, they blamed short sellers and everyone else for their problems. It seems to me though, the SEC did not have to halt trading to get that info.
