Rant on:

I'm sorry, I just couldn't help but respond to this stinking pile. I think that the american position has been all along that the current process is unfair so for them to come back and say, give us proof that we have not followed that process is disingenuous from the get go. And of course Ericcsson is going to say that it is the best process in the world! What the heck does the world think they will say? I bet that when Carnegie controlled a majority of the steel production he thought that the best process was in place too. Or when ATT controlled telephony for the US I bet they thought they had a pretty good deal too.

This story just proves how far the European Standard setting process has their head up their collective butts.
