So, it will take a 2/3 vote to deprive Daschle of his "veto power"? We can't have much faith in this set of Republicans to honor it, though. I expect them to get additional witnesses via the "backdoor".

I also expect them to subpoena the President if things get real desperate. Since there are no set rules, one can expect all sorts of new rules to be made up as this Republican trial goes along...
