The reason the stock is so low right now is really very simple. The company is non-reporting and share count is unknown so there is really no way to VALUE the company stock. Also BNEZ does not hype with a lot of press releases. Heck when you really think about it someone would almost have to be out of their mind , like Elio (just kidding, LOL ) to take a large position in BNEZ at this time. p.s. I also have a large position but feel confident that we will hit pay dirt this year!

heatseeker, I am going to give you my personal opinion, and please take as is, personal opinion. Market Makers were had A SHORT POSITION of 2.500.000 shares. Because shareholders requested certificates, MM's has no shares to cover. They bought from BNEZ. BNEZ refused to sell only $500.000 (as per Mitchell). So they were forced to buy shares for $ 1.000.000. MM's then cover short position and now they have $500.000 in BNEZ stocks (at discount of course) to dump into the float. Which is what they are doing right now. Because those shares were bought very cheap, they also can sell cheap. I sold 10.000 BNEZ's shares today, that's all. About the lawsuit against BNEZ I was invited, I declined and no details were given to me. BUT NEVER SAY IT CAN'T BE DONE.......BIG MISTAKE. I want to be leave alone. I am having fun now trading everyday. Today, I closed my book on BNEZ. What I got there will stay long turn. No sells, no buys. Elio
