I find it so incredible that everyone has so many problems with: orders, getting a hold of people & getting answers..
When some complained that the phones at TSIG were not being answered..I called and got an answer after One ring (12:30 AM).
I ordered a Music card and received it within 4 days.
When some complained that PH was not returning phone calls..I picked up the phone and asked for PH..He picked up on the first ring. When some were complaining about Amy in CS not getting back to them.. I posted her immediate response to my questions and concerns.

Please get real you freaks!! sell your shares if you don't like it.. I am sick of you "longs" bitching about the Co.. I have had nothing but positive customer service from TSIG and its employees. Ya know what I think you are the BITCHES!!
