Charley, Thanks so much for your respone. Please bear with me while I ask another question. I skimmed quickly through the Edgar filing you referenced me to. Does this mean that those filing to sell can not get anymore (maximum) than $6.28 for each share they have registered to sell? Thanks for the time to explain. YT

Today's EXPLOSIVE rally was driven by the internet frenzy that has seen stocks triple or more in 3 months. Investors are looking for an internet play with earnings. We got a mention from one news agency and we set record volume in one day! Up over 16% in one day! You are the one that should be looking for another stock, not us. Go over to the Yahoo board and look at the number of new posters that showed up today and bought! That is the power of the internet. People want to invest in an internet stock, this is one, the backbone of it, and it is growing 50% or more per year and making a great profit! Wait until DLJ or Dean comes out with a buy. You won't be able to cover fast enough. Snake, I enjoy your posts because I want to know all the bad with the good, and you will dig for me to find all the negatives. But the only reason you post is to put FUD in the minds of investor, hoping that will sell. I would think that you could find a much better short than this stock. Also Snake, you are in a very small minority. The short interest on this stock would have been gone within 30 minutes of today's trading. 350K shares short in December. Good luck to all except IFCI shorts. Welcome to all the new share holders that bought today. Satch
